Congratulations Luke Byrne who chose us for their pretest driving lessons
I just passed my driving test and i wouldn't have been able to do it without my instructor at rsa. He was amazing help and was extremely patient with me. He was also easy to talk to which i was afraid of. I would urge anyone doing there test to do lessons with rsa if they want to pass. Cant wait to start driving on my own.

Rob Bowes
Another one passes the test. Well done Rob Bowes
I got in touch with two weeks before my test on a recommendation from a friend. Within the first lesson was able to tell me exactly what I needed to fix in order to pass my test. I was feeling confident that I knew what had to be done going into the test to be successful. knew exactly what he was doing and is clearly very experienced in teaching driving as due to his help I passed first time after 3 lessons with him. Can't thank enough! Highly recommend.

What's the difference?
What is Essential Driver Training?
EDT Driving Lessons Ardfert
As part of an initiative to improve the poor statistics of young drivers getting killed or injured on our roads the Road Safety Authority introduced the EDT.
This EDT requires that all learners must complete a minimum of 12 hours of essential driver training by an RSA approved driving instructor.
Learning to drive safely means knowing and practicing specific driving skills and these 12 EDT lessons have been intended to accomplish that.

Getting ready for the Driving Test in Ardfert
Pretest Driving Lessons Ardfert
Training to pass the driving test is completely different from learning to drive. You should already have the vital driving skills and road safety knowledge before applying for the test. Our Ardfert pretest driving lessons are designed to show you how to beat the test by understanding the conditions you will be placed under.
If your test is booked there is a lot of unknowns and fears to contend with. Fear can distract even the most experienced of drivers. Our approach removes all the unknowns and associated fear that comes with it.
Most driving instructors will keep giving you lessons until they ‘think’ you are ready. They 'think' you are ready but they do not really 'know'. That is because of a total lack of understanding on how the tester thinks and marks you during the test. This is not how we do things. All our instructors have been trained by ex-testers so they fully understand the driving tester and what they are looking for from you on test day.
Complete your pretest training with is and not only will you fully grasp all four stages of the driving test, you'll know the possible test routes you may be brought on and you'll know precisely how the tester will talk to you and what they specifically want you to demonstrate.
