What exactly is the EDT?

This Essential Driver Training Syllabus requires that all learners must complete a minimum of 12 hours of essential driver training by an RSA approved driving instructor.
This 12 lesson syllabus has been designed to ensure young drivers practice vital driving skills and develop a more comprehensive understanding of road safety.

The art of driving safely and securely and the art of passing the driving test should not be confused as the same.
