RSA School of Motoring Munster
About us
Calm lessons, straight answers.
Approved Driving Instructors across Munster. Nobody shouts, nobody pads the lesson count, and you always know where you are up to.
Nobody shouts in the car
Being nervous is a normal place to start, not a problem to be talked out of. So the first rule is that nobody raises their voice. A learner braced for a roar watches the instructor instead of the road, which is the opposite of what the hour is for.
If you are nervous, say so when you enquire. The lesson goes at your pace, and the early hours stay on quiet streets until moving off, stopping and the gears feel easy.
Who teaches you
Your instructor is an Approved Driving Instructor, approved by the RSA, and the car has dual controls. Tell us what matters to you when you enquire. You can ask for a female instructor, and you can learn in a manual or an automatic. Instructor times vary from town to town, so we confirm the instructor and car before you start.
What we will tell you straight
When something in your driving is not test standard yet, we name it. When it is, we say so, and we stop there rather than selling you more hours. Lessons cost money and are easy to waste, so each hour goes on the parts of your driving that need it.
The practical bits
- We collect you from a point you agree in your town, at home, school, college or work, and the pick-up is in the lesson price.
- Manual or automatic, for EDT and pretest alike.
- Single lessons, the 12-lesson EDT course, or a pretest lesson with car hire for the test.
- One price list for Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Tipperary and Waterford, paid online or by phone.
