What this site collects, who it goes to, and how to have it deleted.

Who we are
This website is operated by ADI Motoring Ltd, trading as RSA School of Motoring, registered in Ireland under company number 547846. The registered office is Digital Office Centre, Balheary Road, Swords, Co. Dublin, K67E5A0. Where this policy says "we" or "us", it means ADI Motoring Ltd.
What this site collects
- What you type into the lesson form: your county and town, your name, email address and phone number, manual or automatic, and then whether you have driven before, how many lessons you want, when you would like to start, whether you are a student, and any message.
- When you tap the phone number or a booking link, a record of that tap: the page, the link, a random identifier made fresh for each visit, and your browser's description of itself (its user agent).
- On drivinglessonsmunster.ie, the visit data our analytics service, Clicky, collects (see Cookies below).
The form comes in two steps. What you enter in the first step is sent to us when you press "Find Me an Instructor", even if you do not finish the second, so that we can ring you back if the page closes.
This site does not take card payments and does not ask for card details. If that changes, this policy changes with it before the first payment is taken.
Why, and what happens to it
The form exists so we can match you with an instructor and arrange your lessons. What you send goes to our customer records system, our booking system, and an email to the office so a person sees it. If you gave an email address, you also get an email confirming what you sent. Nothing you send is used for advertising and nothing is sold.
The tap records and the analytics tell us which pages and buttons people actually use. They are counts, not profiles.
Cookies
The cookie notice stores one flag in your browser to remember that you dismissed it. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
On drivinglessonsmunster.ie we use Clicky, a web analytics service, to see which pages are visited. Its script records the pages you view, your browser and device, and an approximate location worked out from your internet address, and it may set a cookie so a return visit is counted once. We do not use advertising cookies.
Who else sees it
- Your instructor, who needs your name, phone number and where to collect you.
- The hosting, email, customer records and analytics providers that run this site and deliver our messages.
- Legal authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of those providers operate outside the European Economic Area. Where data goes outside the EEA it is covered by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or by a provider certified under a recognised data protection framework.
How long it is kept
Booking records are kept for seven years, because tax and accounting rules require it. An enquiry that does not turn into a booking is deleted after twelve months. Tap records expire after thirty days. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where there is no ongoing reason to keep it, ask us to restrict how we use it, ask for it in a machine-readable format, and object to its use for marketing.

Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes up on this page with a new date. If a change is significant we will say so on the site rather than quietly swapping the text.
