EDT lessons in Dungarvan

The Dungarvan centre is about 5 minutes away, just 0.3 km by road. If its dates do not suit, Waterford is about 40 minutes away and Clonmel about 45, though Clonmel is the shorter distance. Mitchelstown is about 65 minutes. Dungarvan is the obvious choice, and the pretest follows whichever you book.
Shortly before the test, the pretest puts you behind the wheel for an hour around the centre, and car hire for the test is part of it. On test day the car is the one you have been learning in. In an automatic, the pretest package costs €193.81, and you can pay online or by phone.
Dungarvan streets, lesson by lesson
The first lessons are spent close to your pick-up point while the controls become familiar. Davitts Quay and Emmet Street follow once moving off and stopping feel easy. Strandside North adds longer stretches. The area around the test centre comes into your lessons naturally, because it is so close.
Dungarvan Shopping Centre is the meeting point we name for Dungarvan, easy to find and simple to agree. School, home or work would do just as well. You are dropped back at the end of the hour, and nothing is added for collecting you.
We also teach in Ballinroad and Ring, both a short distance away. The distances are short: 3.6 km to Ballinroad and 5.2 km to Ring, in a straight line. If you live in one and work in Dungarvan, you can be collected from work.

Would the Dungarvan Shopping Centre do as a pick-up?
Yes. Name the shopping centre when we agree your pick-up, and your instructor will be waiting there. You can be dropped back at the shopping centre or at home, at no extra cost.
Will a driving instructor in Dungarvan let me book the test too early?
No. With the centre so close, it is tempting to rush, but your instructor tells you honestly when you are ready. If something is missing, you work on that, and you hear just as plainly when you are there.
